The primary purpose of Cope Family Center’s new giving club for businesses and community organizations, the Community Circle, is to connect your business or organization to the Napa community in a way that supports your employees and their families.

Today’s challenges -- poverty, divorce, single parenting, underemployment, substance abuse, new parenting – impact Napa families at home, at work and in the community. When your employees and members are able to deal effectively with the daily stresses in their lives, they are able to fulfill the obligations of their jobs and maintain their commitments in the community.
Cope Family Center offers valuable benefits in return for your investment, by making it easier for you to help your employees juggle home and work life. This leads to: improved staff productivity and morale, less absenteeism, lower employee turnover, increased staff camaraderie and the creation of a family-friendly work environment.
