Job Opportunities

We are proud of our agency and the important work we have been doing for Napa County since our founding in 1972. We believe that each employee contributes directly to the success of our agency, and we look forward to the opportunity of exploring whether there might be a mutual fit. Any current job opportunities are listed below.

Are we a possible match? At Cope Family Center, we help parents manage stressful situations and challenging life events so they can give their children a brighter future. When hiring, we seek individuals who are dedicated to supporting families in a team of mission-driven, high-achieving, and deeply-caring professionals who are well-supported in their ongoing personal and professional development. We look forward to exploring whether there might be a mutual fit with who you are, your experience—and, perhaps most importantly, what drives you and brings you fulfillment.

Even if we don’t currently have any positions available, you are welcome to contact Lusy Rosas, Human Resources Manager, anytime to obtain more information about working at Cope Family Center. You can also check out our current volunteer opportunities to learn more about Cope in the meantime. Thank you and we look forward to meeting you.
